Song: Weissman and Gray (2019) described the song as a fast chirp, usually 3 pulses per chirp (range 2-4), 130-250 chirps per minute. Pulse rate 19-28 at 25°C.

Habitat: Rocky areas, grassy areas, sparse woodland usually with grass.
