Hello, all, and welcome to the new virtual home of the Orthopterists’ Society! This site has been under construction for a while and it’s finally time to unveil it for the world to see. If you’ve been here before, it should feel fairly familiar to you since many elements were borrowed from our previous site, but there are also lots of new things too, and more to come! The webmaster (Derek A. Woller) is always interested in feedback and your ideas because this site is for all orthopterists (and their taxonomic allies).
For your information, if you go to the address www.orthsoc.org you will now be re-directed to this site. Please take a look around and make full use of the site’s resources. We would love for you to join us, but that’s the final major thing we are still hard at work on – making it easy for you to do so. Rest assured, we will figure this out soon. In the meantime, you can contact the webmaster and he can direct you to the right place to join.
